A visionary leader with a passion for finance, mentorship, and strategic growth, Jeremy Moore is the Owner and Managing Partner of Live Moore Lending, where he leverages decades of expertise in banking, lending, and talent development to create a client-focused mortgage experience. His ability to identify opportunities, build high-performing teams, and drive business success has made him a standout figure in the financial industry.
Jeremy’s impressive career includes serving as a founding member and Vice President of NexSpring Financial, where he played a pivotal role in securing capital, spearheading innovative financial technology development, and leading revenue growth strategies. His efforts contributed to the successful sale of the company’s technology, further solidifying his reputation as a dynamic leader in the industry.
Prior to NexSpring, Jeremy led multiple financial institutions, including serving as Vice President at M&I Bank, where his strategic vision transformed multiple branches—expanding their assets from $15 million to nearly $70 million in just three years. His proven ability to scale businesses, recruit top talent, and optimize financial performance continues to define his leadership at Live Moore Lending, where he fosters a culture of excellence, service, and innovation in the mortgage space.
Beyond his financial expertise, Jeremy’s lifelong love for soccer has shaped his leadership style. A former professional player, he competed with Finn Harps Football Club in Ireland and in the U.S. with the Austin Lone Stars and Nashville Metros. After retiring from playing, he transitioned into coaching and youth development, serving as Technical Director for St. Louis Development Academy and mentoring elite-level programs such as St. Louis Scott Gallagher and Gateway Metro Strikers.
Jeremy’s commitment to leadership extends beyond business and sports—he is actively involved in community initiatives, volunteer programs, and youth mentorship. A former Board Member for Junior Achievement, he remains dedicated to helping others achieve financial literacy and long-term success. His diverse background in finance, coaching, and leadership makes him a trusted resource and a driving force behind Live Moore Lending’s continued growth and client-focused approach.
